He is survived by: his children, Sandra Perry of Coatesville, PA, Sherry Taylor (Andy) of Creston, NC and Steve Osborne (Angie); his grandchildren, Angel Kirkner, Rob, Ashley Osborne, Jonathan, Tanner Rominger and Talia Rominger; his great grandchildren, Stephen, Madison, Bobby and Leia; his siblings, Bill Osborne and Margaret Teague; and his brother-in-law Willie Pierce. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
