She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Shepherd and Amanda Blevins Shepherd; her husband James Rhuda Perry; her brother Lenny Shepherd; and her half-siblings, Fred, Todd Shepherd, Stacey Sturgill, Angie Farmer, Ennis and Ruby Shepherd.
She is survived by: her children, James David Perry of Bluff City, TN, Frances Payne (Bill) of Creston, Shirley Lewis (Rob) of Lansing, Freda Mae Perry of Mountain City, TN, Anita Black (Eddie) of Jefferson and Ann Dixon (Bill) of Warrensville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
