He is survived by: his wife Shirley Winebarger; his sons, Robert Winebarger (Marie) and David Winebarger (Sara); his grandchildren, Jessica Maddison, Adam Winebarger, Joshua Winebarger, Matthew Winebarger, Grace Winebarger and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Chloe Maddison, Cayden Maddison, Riley Reece, John Hall, Maya Winebarger and Elizabeth; and his brother Roy Winebarger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
