He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester John and Daisy Gertrude Osborne Elliott; his wife Evelyn Jesse Haynes Elliott; and his siblings, Everette Elliott, Virginia Ashley and Eula Mae Dollar.
He is survived by: his children, Bryce Elliott (Randi) of Gainesville, GA, Allan Elliott (Sharon) of Atlanta, GA and Lori Elliott of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Norman Elliott of Jefferson, Robert Elliott (Reda) of Creston, Larry Elliott (Bronda) of Jefferson, Glenda Goodman (Mack) of Todd, Barbara Sue Roland (Jerry) of Warrensville and Doris Stroud (John) of West Jefferson. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
