She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn Eastridge and Millie "Velma" Eastridge; her husband Johnny Wayne Patrick; and her sister Frankie Walsh. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Farmer (Johnny Farmer) of Lansing, NC and Brittany Patrick; her granddaughter Emmaline Farmer; her siblings, Joe Eastridge (Mildred) of Butler, TN, Jerry Eastridge (Linda) of Creston, NC, Jeff Eastridge of Creston, NC, Mary Trivett (Ted) of Mountain City, TN and Regina Wilson of Creston, NC; her parents-in-law, John and Mary Patrick of Creston, NC; her siblings-in-law, Melissa Williams of Creston, NC and Jimmy Walsh of Creston, NC; and her pet Jerico. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
