He is survived by: his wife Judy Marie Keith Latta; his children, Karen Latta Minchew (Brian) and Thomas Benjamin Latta Jr. (Janie); his grandchildren, Caleb Minchew, Hannah Minchew and Landon Latta; and his siblings, Joanne Gray (Mike) and Mitchell Latta (Lisa).
