He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Beck and Mattie Beck of Creedmoor, NC.; his wife Peggy Amelia Taylor Beck; his daughter Paula Beck Thomas; and his grandson Troy Lee Anderson, Jr..
He is survived by: his grandson Paul David Anderson; his great grandchildren, Samantha Anderson, Jebediah Anderson and Emalee Anderson; and his great great grandchild Alydia Grace Lowery. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
