She is survived by: her husband Vernon Lee Strickland; her sons, Chris Huff of Stem and Jason Huff of Cary; her stepchildren, Jennifer Adcock (Keith) of Oxford and Scott Strickland (Lisa) of Stem; her siblings, Eunice Keith of Creedmoor, Sylvia Roberson of Kittrell, Linda Gooch of Bullock, Peggy Bracy of Oxford and Donald Jackson of Oxford; and her pet Charlie Brown. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Providence Baptist Church or the Providence Volunteer Fire Department.
