She was predeceased by: her daughter Gwen Marie Hicks; and her brother Danny Pruitt. She is survived by: her spouse Joseph T. Hicks; her children, Jenanine Rose Hicks and Joseph Wayne Hicks (Antonella) of Germany; her grandsons, Christopher Hicks and Aleardo Hicks of Germany; her great-nephew Tommy Hicks; her siblings, Patricia McDonald (Andrew), Iris Ashley (Henry), Thomas Pruitt (Molly) and David Pruitt; and her sister-in-law Ella Rose Sandling.
