With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laverne Seagroves of Creedmoor, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on February 13, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Dement and Helen Dement; and her brother Tommy Dement. She is survived by: her husband Creedmoor Chief of Police; her daughters, Renee S. Glenn (Michael) and Lisa S. Clark (Buddy); her grandsons, John Michael Glenn (Ashley) and Brandon Scott Glenn (Heather); her great grandchildren, Praley, Caroline, Colt and Jack; and her sisters, Peggy Harris (Eugene) and Rita Rackley (Eddie).
