He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Antonio Alvarez and Georgina Margarita Ramirez Alvarez. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Dylo Alvarez; his daughter Marguerite Frank (Jon); his grandsons, Rylan Frank and Baylor Frank; and his brother George Alvarez.
