He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie James Dupree and Gladys Bowden Dupree; his wife Ruth Beasley Dupree; and his sister Faye Dupree Cates. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Dupree (Teresa) and Don Dupree; his significant other Faye Allison; and his sister Patricia "Pat" Dupree Smith.
