He was predeceased by: his mother Sallie Josephine Dixon Price; and his close friend Janice Mae Gardner. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn P. Wooten (Dennis) of Franklinton, Michael W. Price (late Cindy) and Dwight F. Price of Creedmoor. He is also survived by niece and 3 nephews and their 7 children.
