It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel T Lyon (Creedmoor, North Carolina), who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lyon and Airlee Wilkerson Lyon. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Lyon of Creedmoor, Fred Lyon of Creedmoor, Lamont Lyon of Wake Forest and Sheila Moss of Creedmoor; and his brother Charles Edward Lyon of Creedmoor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Covid-19 guidelines of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more will be observed.
