He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth B. Parrott; his daughters, Lisa Parrott Howard (Woody) of Fuquay Varina and Angela R. Parrott of Wake Forest; his sister Jenny Sue O'Brian of Durham; his grandchild Ashley Marie Kiser (Tony) of Durham; and his brother Winston Peace Parrott.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Banks United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall Fund.
