She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Puckett West and Mary Sue Wilson West; and her husband Arthur Blair. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Blair (Deanna) of Creedmoor, NC and Anthony Blair (Rachel) of Louisburg, NC.; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cole, Sophia, Avaleigh, Elias, Liam, Jonas and Benedict; and her pet Nellie. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and very close friends.
Flowers are appreciated or memorials may be made in Dale's memory to Fellowship Baptist Church in Creedmoor, NC where she shared her love with others.
