He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Cook Shirley (Randall Shirley) of Louisburg; his grandchildren, Coley Watson and Jamey Watson; his daughter Crissy Cook of Creedmoor; his grandchildren, Haley Dixon and Casey Dixon; his daughter Teri Cook Haler; his grandsons, Justin and Conner Haler; his daughter Leanne Cook Rice; his grandchildren, Robert Rice and Amanda Rice; and his brother Marlon Cook (Nell Cook). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
