He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Fields and Eleanor Fields. He is survived by: his wife Ruth King Fields; his daughters, Joleigh Kelly (Bob) and Stephanie Fields; his sister Cynthia Fields; his nieces and nephews, Matthew and Ashley Hennamuth; his sister-in-law Jackie Farris (Quay); his nephews, Jack and George; his niece Jessica; and his grandchildren, Aaron White, Byron White and Camran Peele.
