He was predeceased by: his father Rufus Boyd Holland, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Holland Lewis; his stepfather George Lewis, Jr.; his significant other Judy A. Rice; his siblings, Jym Holland (Vicki), Bob Holland (Denise), Andy Holland (Cathy) and Donna Holland Branham (Henry); and his sons, Ben and Daniel Holland. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
