He was predeceased by: his parents, Walt Frazier and Ida Wingate Frazier; and his siblings, Paul, Jim, Ray, Rick Frazier and Mae Frazier Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jeanette Smith Frazier; his sons, Joe Frazier (Lorri) and Bob Frazier (Tina); and his grandchildren, Kathy Jo Tooley, Wendy Moore (Vince) and Matthew Frazier. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
