She was predeceased by: her father Millard C White; her husband Arthur Harding, Sr.; the father of her children Jackie Don Polk; her daughter Mary Elizabeth Polk; her siblings, Judy Dean and Jerry White; and her son-in-law Michael Boles.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Angel, Heather, Cassie and Angela; her children, Steven (Missy Lovell) and Donna Boles; her stepson Kevin (Sabrina Polk); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jena Barkley, Michelle Boles and Keith Necessary; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Barkley, II and Maverick Boles; her close friends, Jane Emory and Frances Stiles; her sister Jane Deaver (Steve); and her pets, Bean and Daisy.
