He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie Mullins; his children, Benjamin Henry Forehand (Christy), Jessica Overstreet (Troy) and Lauren Holley (Robert); his siblings, Wade Forehand, Neil Forehand (Patty) and Beth Greene (Bob); and his grandchildren, Amelia Overstreet, Olivia Overstreet, Sophia Overstreet, Oliver "Ollie" Holley, John Holley, Emma Holley and Henry Wolfe Forehand.
