He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Myrtle, Ralph Simmons, Ethel and Lloyd Cash. He is survived by: his parents, Norman J. Cash and Gayle Simmons McDaniel; his wife Sherry Sisk Cash; his stepparents, Janette Cash and Mike McDaniel; his children, Dustin Cash and Brandy Sisk; his sister Wendy Cash Altman; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Payton, Annabelle and Carson.
The family requests that all guests wear face coverings and adhere to social distancing.
