He is survived by: his mother Joyce McDonald; his son Michael McDonald (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Coby and Caleb; his son Chad McDonald (Bridget); his grandchildren, Kale, Kendall and Kynlee; his son Caleb Fox (Jessica); his grandsons, Colton and Weston; his brother Andy McDonald; his nephew Stephen; his brother Eddie McDonald; his nephew Derrick McDonald (Casey); his great-nephew Blake; and his close friend Connie Hightower.
