She is survived by: her children, David Mullinax (Julie), Rick Mullinax and Teresa Mullinax; her sister Mildred Moore; her grandchildren, Stacy Mullinax, William Mullinax and Luke Mullinax; and her great grandchildren, Issac Mullinax, Alexis Mullinax, Samuel Mullinax, Annabel Mullinax and Skylah Mullinax.
