He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Leo and Ollie Rick Foxx Leo; and his sisters, Sue Rittner and Margurite Greene. He is survived by: his wife Becky Rikard Foxx; his sons, Scott Foxx (Barbara) and Todd Foxx (Jodi) of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Nathan Foxx, Colby Foxx and Claire Foxx.
