He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Marynette Thomasson; his stepfather Vernon Mathis; and his wife Jean Biddix Thomasson. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joyce Biddix; his nieces and nephews, Tammy Biddix Peek, Stephanie Biddix, Tim Biddix, Tony Biddix and Randy Biddix; his cousins, Gaynelle Fite Lineberger, Bobbie Green Grice, Celia Bolick Poter, Lamar Carter, Scott Carter, Michelle Pridemore and Reverend Harold Fite; his close friends, Pervie, Jean Stines and Alice Withers Johnson; and his nephews, Jonathan Peek, Christopher Peek, Nicolas Peek, David Biddix and Daniel Biddix.
