She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul White and Gracie Callahan White; her husband James Linville Money; her parents-in-law, James Howard Money and Edna E. Poplin Money; her siblings, Mary Sue White, Herchell White (Marie), Charles Larry White and Benton White; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Carter, Hugh T. Burchette and Glenn Kenneth Cheek.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Johnson (Greg) of Gastonia and Mark Money (Penny) of Ronda; her siblings, Arnold White of Dobson, Josephine Hardy (Terry) of Dobson and Rebecca Carter of Siloam; her grandsons, Dustin Johnson, Bradley Money (Alicia) and Nathan Money; her close friends, Faye Tucker and Elton Lay of Elkin; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Ann Cheek and Elizabeth M. Burchette. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; several loving nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; six great-great nieces and nephews.
