She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Cleveland Gordon and Lula Elizabeth Helms Gordon; her husband Clyde Robert Angley; and her siblings, Clyde Gordon, Robert Gordon and Judy Bartlett.

She is survived by: her daughter Gail (Mike Norman); her granddaughter Lea Norman; and her siblings, Larry Gordon, Pat Helms, Lynda Stack and Carolyn Devore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to VIA Health Partners of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Dr, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
