He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Smith and Gladys Smith; and his siblings, Donald Smith, Bobby Smith, Geraldine Carrow, Elitha Jenkins and Betty Barr.

He is survived by: his wife Pattie Smith; his children, Randy Smith (Jewel), Michael Smith (Stephanie) and Debra Umphlett (DeWayne); his stepdaughters, Helen Lewis (Michael) and Georgette Smith (Scott); his grandchildren, Brandon Smith (Britney), Keaton Smith (Heather) and Brittany Toler (Brent); his stepgranddaughters, Michaela Lewis, Emma Yaeger, Ava Yaeger and Lilly Yaeger; his great grandchildren, Ella and Chase Toler; and his sister Lois Fornes. He is also survived by many loving family members and close friends.

Although flowers are welcome, donations to your favorite charity in Ron's honor are greatly appreciated.
