It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Barker of Cove City, North Carolina, born in Anna, Illinois, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Barker and Cathryn Hurst Brown; and his stepfather Jack K. Brown. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Wilson Barker; his stepmother Ester Barker; his siblings, Andy Barker, Lisa Brown and Deb Gersh; his daughter Cathryn "Katie" Quinn (Jameson); and his grandchildren, Journee, Jordan, Januaree, Jewelree, Miles and Emmett. He is also survived by his family, friends.
