Reba Amerson Adams Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2023, at the age of 92, Reba Amerson Adams of Cove City, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Amerson and Mamie Webb Amerson; her husband Samuel Lee "Tom" Adams, Sr.; her daughter Dale Adams Dawson; her son-in-law Johnny Franklin Watson; and her siblings, Ramona Davis, Jesse and Doug Amerson.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Adams Watson and Samuel Lee Adams, Jr. (Nancy); her son-in-law Johnnie Sheldon Dawson; her brother Charles Brooks Amerson (Claudette); her grandchildren, John Dawson (Julie), Katherine Dawson Hathaway, Wayne Koonce, Hannah Cooke (Ricky), Sommer Adams and Kyle Adams; her great grandchildren, Georgia, Rachel Dawson, Adam, Davis Hathaway, Rylee Koonce, Craig, Rick, Alexia Cooke and Waylon Mills; her faithful felines Babie; and her caregivers, Debbie, Kim and Kathy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Reba's name to Wintergreen F.W.B. Church.
