He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbi" Howell; his children, Dr. Kristy Howell of Castle Rock, CO, Pamela Howell Buljat of New Bern, Barbara Howell Hawkins (Ronald) of Bridgeton and Christopher Howell (Sandra) of Ernul; his stepchildren, Barbara Riley (Ricky), Shellie Flory, Tonya Oatman (Jay) and Damon Morris; his brother R. E. Howell of Virginia; his grandchildren, Zeb, Phillip, Amber, Desiree, Morgan, Caden, Connor, Jackson, Aaron, Nathan, Jordan and Stephanie; and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Kailey, Kolton and Briar.
