She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Daly and Bessie Daly; and her husband Carlton Ward. She is survived by: her son Johnny Ward; her siblings, Nola Daly, Johnnie Mae McCoy and Robert Daly; her daughter Karen Taylor; her grandsons, Noah and Edward Taylor; her daughter Renee Hart (Alan); and her grandson Zadok Hart.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Cove City Christian Church (303 W Railroad St, Cove City, NC 28523). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
