West Jr. of New Bern, NC; and his siblings, Helen Diane Williams of New Bern, NC, Helen Dinial Person of Fayetteville, NC and Richard Earl West of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, a host of other loving relatives and friends.
