She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Roy Bullard; her daughters, Lora Eudy (Charles) and Tonya Heath (Wendell); her siblings, Darrell Adams and Cathy Skora; her grandchildren, Joseph Eudy (Courtney), Megan Tripp (Daniel), Blaine Kirby (Sarah), Madalyn Eudy, Legend Bullard, Hannah Heath, Lyndsey Heath and Samantha Heath; her great grandchildren, Gavin Eudy, Spencer Eudy and Cassandra Kirby; and her son Kurtis Roy Bullard.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made in Dale's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
