She is survived by: her children, Martin Eddie Jacobs, Jr. (Joy) of Council, Rev. Michael Dewayne Jacobs of Council, Gerald Matthew Jacobs (Crystal) of Council and Yvonne Richardson (BJ) of Council; her siblings, John C. Baldwin of Bolton, Winfred Baldwin (Louise) of Bolton, Wayne D. Baldwin of Bolton, Verssie Baldwin of Bolton, Connie R. Jacobs of Bolton, Tessie Jacobs of Bolton, Lois Smith of Bolton and Frances Gillis (Phil) of Council; and her grandchildren, Aaron D. Jacobs, Matthew D. Jacobs, Joshua G. Jacobs, Carlie J. Jacobs and Kenlie L. Jacobs.
