He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Collins and Carolyn Sasser Collins; his wife Jill Collins; his son Jamie Collins; and his brothers, Lynn Collins and Glenn Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Collins (Summer) of Bluefield, David Donaldson of Rocky Point and Tiffany Collins Pait (Grant) of Bluefield; his grandsons, Darren Collins, Nicholas Collins, Evan Pait, Cameron Collins and Ethan Collins; and his great grandchildren, Braylen "Willie" Collins and Jayden Sanders.
All attendees are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Lisbon Fire Department or Bluefield UMC.
