He is survived by: his wife Hazel Buchanan Ayscue; his daughters, Debbie Creech of Rocky Mount and Lori Phillips of Rocky Mount; his grandsons, Jeremy Creech (Mary) of High Point, Chase Phillips (Giovanna) of Wendell and Johnathon Creech (Stephanie) of Cary; his great grandchildren, Alex, Jason Creech, Isaac, Jordon Phillips, Katelyn, Mya and Ava Creech; his sister Ellie Ayscue Collins; and his sister-in-law Jeane Ayscue. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
