He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence DeFazio and Frances DeFazio; his wife Eileen DeFazio; his children, Dawn Amoruso (Thomas), Michele Bouchard and Robert J. DeFazio (Marcela); his grandchildren, Emilia, Atillio, Gabrielle, Benjamin, Ashley, Nicholas, Amanda and Robert; and his mother-in-law Marge LaBrusciano.
