He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Osburn and Marthalea Osburn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Osburn; his children, Kellen Osburn (Karah) and Jessica Osburn; his sister Neill Delaney (Bryan); and his granddaughters, Adelei Osburn and Aubrey Osburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Willard wished for donations, which may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
