He is survived by: his former wife Judith Paul of New Hampshire; his wife Judy; his brother James of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Susan, Richard, Andy, Samantha, Amy Chui of New York City, Stephen, Shelly, Alec, Tyler, Sarah Kate Kuhn of Lake Wylie, Paul, Margaret, John, Joseph Kuhn of Huntersville, Nancy, Kevin, Haley and Avery Rudolph of Raleigh. He is also survived by his four children, their spouses.
