She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Buckman and Ernest Buckman; and her husband Emil A. Cairo. She is survived by: her children, Frances L. Cairo of Huntersville, NC and Richard E. Cairo (Marie) of Clemmons, NC; her grandchildren, Kristie Ward (James), Stacie Martinek (David) and Randie DeCarolis (Gregory); and her great grandchildren, Devyn Martinek, Julia Ward, Dylan Martinek and Brandon Ward. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
