He is survived by: his wife Lisa Leigh Brennan; his stepsons, Jared and Caleb Blank; his former spouse Ryan Brennan Sweet; his brother Stephen Brennan; his aunt Rosemarie Cusick; and his cousins, William Cusick (Nidia), Paul Cusick (Christine) and Kathleen Nye (Jason).
