With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Anne Hager Payne of Cornelius, North Carolina, who passed away on March 3, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin; her daughter Sharon Rose; and her son-in-law Scott Halsey. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Halsey, Deborah Carpenter and Donna Wright (Tom); and her grandchildren, Crystal Sanders, Dena Braddock, Felicia Garland, Brandon Halsey, Victoria Daniels and Clifford Halsey.
