She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Adams (Don) of Greensboro, NC, John Helms (Mary) of Hot Springs, AR, Kimberly Smith (Scott) of Fairview, NC and Kevin Helms of Greensboro, NC.; her grandchildren, Stephanie Sparks (Doug), Meredith Williams, Travis Helms, Kelly Landrum (Kyle) and Alexandria Smith; and her great grandchildren, Bailey Sparks, Kylie Sparks, Christopher Hamilton, Destiny Clarke (Kyle) and Forrest Landrum.
