He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gromko and Sophie Gromko; and his brother Gerald Gromko. He is survived by: his wife Linda Britt Gromko; his children, Christina, Tim Lewis of Charlotte, NC, Eliza, Greg Riddle of Miamisburg, OH, Sara and Jason Van Heukelum of Winchester, VA; his brother-in-law William (Leena Britt); his sister Elizabeth Cancelli (George Woodward); his grandchildren, Cole, Camden, Chloe, Maddie, Lily and Margaret; his nieces, Liisa and Jaana; and his pet Lucy.
