John Albert Phelps Obituary
In loving memory of John Albert Phelps of Cornelius, North Carolina, who departed this world on December 13, 2024 at the age of 92. John Albert leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fredrick Phelps and Elizabeth Hinch Phelps; and his sister Barbara Tildesley. He is survived by: his children, John P. Phelps, Jennifer Ivenco, Brian Phelps, Christopher Phelps, Helen Douglas, Ann Hopgood and Darlene Bodnar; and his siblings, William Phelps and Patricia Pennicott. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Covenant Church (17301 Statesville Rd, Cornelius, NC 28031). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
