He is survived by: his wife Carol Cuvelier Volkmar; his children, Stephen Volkmar (Marion) of Germany, Kathleen Arreola (David) of Fairborn, OH, Teresa Mattice (Tim) of Rochester, NY and Thomas Volkmar (Cynthia) of Goose Creek, SC; his brother Kenneth "Butch" Volkmar (Beverly); his brother-in-law James Cuvelier (Sally) of Big Island, VA; and his grandchildren, Chris, Emily and Anthony. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
