With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Scott Halsey of Cornelius, North Carolina, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Halsey; and his sister-in-law Sharon Rose. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Halsey; his sons, Brandon (Hailey) of Stanley and Clifford; his grandchildren, Emerson and Easton; his mother Marcelle Halsey Bost (Joe); his brother Mark (Nancy); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Wright (Tom) and Debbie Carpenter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family to help cover medical expenses at PO Box 85, Cornelius, NC 28031.

Over the years when we'd run into each other he always made it a point to speak and chit-chat about our kids, families, life, etc. Scott always had time for people and was a friend first and foremost to anyone lucky enough to have him as such. R.I.P. my friend.”
